Account information: When you create an account for the MSP Automation Masterclass, we collect your email address, full name, and company affiliation. This information is stored securely and used to manage your course access and progress.
Contact form submissions: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and company name. This information is sent to our team via email so we can follow up with you about our services.
Course progress data: We track your lesson completion status, quiz results, and certificate issuance to provide a personalized learning experience and measure course effectiveness.
Analytics data: We collect page view data to understand how visitors interact with our site. See the “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” section below for details.
Bot protection: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated spam. Turnstile may collect limited technical data (such as browser type) to verify you are a human visitor. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.
Proposal and agreement data: When you receive a proposal or service agreement from us, we collect your name and email address to deliver the document. If you sign an agreement electronically, we record your typed or drawn signature, your IP address at the time of signing, and the date and time of signature. This information is stored securely and used solely to establish a binding record of the agreement.
Email engagement tracking: Emails we send may include tracking pixels and tracked links to confirm delivery and measure engagement (e.g., whether an email was opened or a link was clicked). This data helps us ensure our communications are reaching you and improve their relevance.

Data Retention
- Page view data collected via the
fi_vidcookie is automatically deleted after 12 months. - Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google’s default settings.
- Account and course data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with course access and certificates.
- Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for the purpose of following up on your inquiry.
- Signed agreements and associated signature data (signature image, IP address, timestamp) are retained indefinitely as a legal record of the agreement.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe -- Processes course subscription payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Supabase -- Provides authentication and database services for user accounts and course data. See Supabase’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics -- Measures website traffic and usage patterns. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Resend -- Delivers transactional and service emails on our behalf, including proposals, renewal reminders, and campaign emails. See Resend’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare -- Provides DNS, CDN, and bot protection (Turnstile). See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
